BAR dents the neck of the brass

I purchased a BAR Safari in 30-06 a month ago, and I've experimented with assorted brands, grades, and types of ammo, but it consistently dents the neck of the brass.

1. Is this normal for this rifle?

2. Is there any adjustment or mod that can stop it?

3. Is it safe to straighten this brass and reload it, or should it be discarded?

  They get bent when they get extracted, noting to worry about and yes you can reload them, you will need a small base die for that Auto.
