m-11 smg not firing

i bought a old ingram smg m-11. it was shooting good at first but after 200-300 rounds it started hitting the bullets but not hard enough to make them go off, just denting them. i bought a smg rebuild kit and it shoots now. but not full auto. did i put it in wrong or did i get a semi rebuild kit.they said it was for the smg.

  The smg bolt has a tit instead of a hammer driven firing pin, so you can't really get the kits mixed up.
  
  It sounds like the recoil spring is binding or else the disconector is installed wrong. In any event, you need to break it down and inspect. Using a IPB, I would identify each part and note the location and how it is installed.
  
  Reassemble and test for function. These are simple, but reliable weapons.
