glock 22c and mags $?

Thinking about buying a friends glock 22c(ported) .40cal and included are (4) 15rnd glock factory mags. one mag has the scorpion light attached to the bottom. the pistol is in great shape. I would like to know about how much everything is worth. I see the mags going for $60-$75 each. Thanks for any help!
