Shotgun?
OK it says here ask the experts so I will. I have an old single shot shotgun in my collection that has the words " THE NEW WHITE POWDER WONDER" stamped on the receiver. It is not a high quality gun, but I am curious as to what exactly it is.

Yes, they are quite common. These were made by a subsidary of the Sears, Roebuck & Company, the Meriden Firearms company.

Thanks guys ,, I figured it was manufactured to be sold under several different names. It has an A+F on the butt plate that I believe stands for "Abercrombie(sp) and Fitch". Looks as though they marketed them too.
I knew it wasnt really worth much but it has a place in my safe[8D]0
