mauser values

I have a german mauser rifle that was shipped to the US from Germany during WWII. It has been passed down thru my family and I have been wondering for sometime what the value of such a piece might be. I have pictures of the gun butI'm not very computer literate so I don't know how to put the pictures on this forum. The gun is as follows:
- full lenght wooden stock
- metal butt plate that says mauser
- pear shaped bolt action
- all numbers matching
- slots for scope mount
- rear sight has 2 additional flip sights
- barrel apx 20 inches stamped 6.5 N
- lots of proof stamps
- wording "waffenbrik mauser-oberndorf A/N.
- lever on bottom to open for magizine
- flip lever safety
- double set triggers
- serial number 89xxx
- I am told this is a "mannlicher" style rifle


If there is anyone out there that could give me some possible history and probable value for this piece, I would sure appreciate it.

  It hard to tell without pictures and proof marks but you MIGHT have either a pre W W I "Model 1908 Sporting Carbine" or a post W W I, "Model S Sporting Carbine".
  The Model 1908's were made app. between 1908/1904. The Model S's app. between 1922/1939.
  Either way if it's in factory original, excellent condition it's worth big bucks.
  In any case what you need to do is to get hold of a knowledgeable collector or dealer for a hands-on apprisal. Without high quality pictures all were doing is to speculating on what you MIGHT have?
