Taurus PT-140 Grip Bottom Replacement???????

I just purchased a Taurus PT-140 and I noticed a plastic insert that can be removed from the bottom of the inside of the grip that makes up the space between the back of the grip bottom to the magazine called the Grip Bottom(according to the gun's breakdown schmatic). It is flush with the bottom of the rear of the grip but the magazine extends further down for a pinky rest. Does anyone know if there may be a replacement for this that extends a little bit further down to become flush with the bottom of the clip? Thanks in advance for your time and consideration, I hope someone can help me out.[?]

  My PT111 came from the factory with that piece. I'd contact Taurus directly.
