Parker vh stock removal
I have a Parker V 12g trying to remove the stock, trigger guard and all screws have been removed but something else is keeping the stock from coming off. It will move about a 1/16 and stops. Any suggestions.

Parkers aren't within the scope of my knowlege, but it's obvious that you've missed something. Assuming the obvious plates have been removed, then there's usually a long thrubolt at the rear of the safety tang that threads into the lower frame through the stock (top to bottom). I suspect this is the problem.
To the best of my knowlege Parkers don't have a rifle-type of bolt running rearward through the stock to a hole under the buttplate. It's easily verified though. Two screws will remove the plate and you'll then either see nothing, or an access hole.
One of these will solve the problem. Treat her gently. She has a history that extends well into the past and the potential for a future that will go far beyond your allotted time.

The stock on the Vulcan is easily removed and there is no through bolt. As you have the trigger guard removed there are two upper tang bolts, one is removed from the top and the other is removed from the bottom. There is a wood screw located under the trigger guard also.
Make sure you grind your screwdrivers to fit the screw slots perfectly. Good luck,1010 -
I found some other info on the Parker stock removal. It said that the bottom floor plate had to be removed and also the sear pins removed and then the stock would easily come off. 0 -
I just pulled a Vulcan out of the safe and the previous information I gave you is correct. Perhaps I chould have clarified that the trigger
plate screws must be removed along with the plate. Someone gave you bad information on sear pins. No need to remove the butt plate. 1010
