Stevens Model 416 w/ Lyman Scope value

I have a Stevens Model 416 .22 Cal rifle that my grandfather used for competition. It also has a Lyman Junior Targetspot scope with it. This one doesn't have any US Property stamps on it. I'd like to know any info on it and the average value.

  The 1999 Blue Book lists a value of $140 for the rifle in 100% original condition. Values probably have increased somewhat since the edition was published. The scope should be worth $250-$300 depending on condition.
