SKS Trigger

Old topic, I know but maybe somebody has a better idea.

Frustrated with my Russian Tula SKS. Had trigger work done and put Wolf springs in all of my SKS's. Yugo came out fantastic. My Russian Tula is smooth, very little creep but still feels like it needs three men and a small boy to squeeze it. Wondering if I missed something or if there is a lighter but still reliable trigger spring available.

    Thanks for your thoughts.

If you had asked about the Chineese and Russian, I would have told you "Yes they will" 2 days ago when I first saw this thread ... I currently only have a Russian, and since I'm not going to go out and buy a Yugo just to find out for ya ...

... I can't say it will for sure, but I'd be suprised if it wouldn't

Hmm, I too looked at this post and thought "Hmm, I own a Chinese SKS but don't own a Yugo." Give it a try. I think Cheaper than Dirt was selling Yugo Trigger groups for $50. May make a nice replacement group for your gun. I've found most of these communist firearms are very interchangeable.

Thanks for the posts guys I tried it last night and the yugo trigger went right in to the chinese one and fit better than the original. The chinese on on the other hand would not fit into the yugo. The latch that holds the trigger in wouldn't snap on, it was to short.
