Savage 99F Question?

Just picked this up and any info would be appreciated. Can you tell me approx what year it was made? Serial number is 1159xxx. Stamped Savage Model 99F on left side of receiver ring, with a K stamped below that. I believe it is a 22 inch barrel. Is this thing a featherweight. It has a ramped dovetail site, it is 243 cal.
