Hk Mags.....Imposters????

I bought three Hk 94/mp5 mags here on Gunbroker.com. They were advertised as new factory mags. When I recieved them, and at a closer look, I noticed that the date codes stamped on them arent even close too as define as other HK mags I have. There is also a slight color difference in the blueing were the stamp is. Are these mags possibly counterfit or am I just paranoid???[?][?]

    pics can be seen at item #12377211. Look closely around where date code is stamped.

    Is the "HK" stamp on the mags?
    Keep in mind Heckler & Koch licensed production of many of their weapons in countries like Portugal, Iran, and Pakistan among others. There have been recent importation of parts and kit from some of these countries. A large number of MP-5 mags came in country from Pakistan. However they should still function flawlessly.

    yea could have been made in europe or middle east

    Thanks for your replys. I have never seen a mag with "HK" stamped on it. Just "9x19" then date code stamped underneath. How can you tell the difference if they were actually made in Germany or some contract? The only difference that I am aware of is the absence of the date code. Thanks again.
