FN P90 brass?

I'm selling some of the stuff, but I just wanted to double check one of my statements. IIRC, the P90 was never sold to in the civilian market, was it?

  Also, in case I want to make a few dummy rounds with the P90 brass I have, does any know what the appropriate head would be?
  
  Short of ordering a custom die set, does anyone have any ideas on how I could seat/crimp the appropriate head into place using another die set? (.223? any ideas what might work?)

  Excuse me <ahem> "jacketed lead projectile." Everyone I know that reloads calls them "heads" for short.
