GB Auction from London UK

How does a GB Auction work when the seller is from another country? The seller has no previous reports... What about Customs and import??? This seems a little odd...

  I import antique rifles occassionally from the UK no problem.Fire arms are different.Got a lot of friends there that are into shooting and I do business with let me know which auction it is perhaps I can help.
