jager ap-74 question

ok i own one of these ar-15 sp1 clones in 22 long rifle and know most forward assist on ar-15's are molded in the receivers but was wondering if there is a company that has seperate unit forward assist not attached to a receiver for sale ? because i wanna put one on this rifle

the thing that scares me is that we could be living in someone else's own reality

  I too own an AP-74. I have never seen a forward assist for one. Here is a link to a site with some great information about .22 cal military copies:

  For the forward assist plunger to have any effect- even if it could be installed- you'd have to notch your carrier along the right hand side about one dozen times. Let us know how this turns out since very few of these projects ever seem to get off the drawing board.
