richland arms dbl barrell 20 gauge
I am trying to find out something about my 20 gauge shotgun. My uncle gave me this gun as a young boy around 1980. I have found out that richland arms went out of business in 1986. It says on the barrell model 200, also, G.Zabalay CIA SA and holds a 3 inch shell. I am trying to find out the age, and/or history and value of this firearm.

My father bought me one in 1966, when I was 8 years old. I recently handed it down to my son. Nothing real fancy, but a nice dependable little spanish shotgun.

Made in Spain for Richland Arms between 1963 and 1985. Blue book in 95% is 255. Just because it will "hold" a 3 inch shell does not mean that it was chambered for a 3 incher. There has to be sufficent chamber length to accomodate the fired shell (extra length of the crimp) or you will be dealing with very high pressures.

Thank you punchie! I guess I should clarify, the barrell does say it is chambered for a 3 inch shell. What is your source on blue book value, I don't do much gun research and would like to know for future reference. Again, thanks for the info!
