Ok, I need a magazine locking pin spring for my gun. I went to egunparts the other day and bought one. It came quickly, but it doesnt fit. Can someone tell me if there is many variations to this particular little part? And where can i get one so that i can quit putting electrical on my gun? The gun is a plain jane model twelve built around 1950, 30" barrel serial #1241***

  Chevyman, between 1912 and 1964 I know of three different styles of a magazine locking pin springs. Email me with your address, I'll send you the one that should be common to your gun. The one you should have is a spring with a close loop at one end and a dog leg at the other. The dog leg is "pressed" into the tiny hole at one end of the pin. Regards Dave
