Not sure about a LR cyl (doubt it) but seeing that RG's are servicable but low cost arms, I really don't think it would be cost effective for someone to tool up to make grips.Might try Numrich for parts..Good Luck..

Used to sell them with both 22LR and 22 Mag interchangeable cyliders. I am sure that you could find the 22LR cylinder, but it would probably take more time and money than it is worth to properly time & fit it. As for grips, if you don't want to spend a butt-load of money on custom grips(which I doubt) you would be better off making your own. Not that hard, really, if you have a band saw, wood rasps and sand paper.

I have one of these revolvers as well and I haven't been able to find anyone that makes a change of grips for the plastic that seems to wrap with time. You may want to take them to a gunshop that carries a big supply of grips and maybe compare them to others that are available such as the Pachmyer aftermarkets. Maybe you could locate something very close and may only require a change with a dremel. My Rg had both cylinders, it is good for plinking at tin cans - by no means a target handgun.
