    This is all that I can find on a quick search. Their website doesn't say anything about preparation of brass or bullets. This information is from another site:

    The projectile isn't what's remanufactured; the bullet is pulled, usually with a tapered contrivance, the powder is repackaged (but not used-apparently it's not legal to reuse military powder, or something), the case is refilled with powder, and the projectile seated.
    Most 50BMG projectiles are hard enough (being sintered bronze, depleted uranium, or what have you), that they don't deform as much as smaller caliber stuff when the bullets are pulled.
    If you're after match accuracy, I can't see using anything but new.
