Llama .45auto(1911 style)vent-rib "ESPECIAL"
Just bought this .45 and need to know where to find specs, really need "Exploded Drawing" for it and what is interchangeable with U.S.Army 1911 "type".45 Auto...Also where can I get 5-6 extra magazines for it without paying $ 30.00 apiece!!! The 1911 magazine doesn't fit, I tried it! Mainly I want to know if the slide and slide parts interchange. This is my first .45 auto and I know very little about them, but from what I've experienced from this one I'm HOOKED for life!!! ANY advice or help will be greatly appreciated!! Thank you in advance for your efforts...

I think they will use standard 1911 mags. Try one out in a gunshop.

I have one in my accumulation marked "Especial" and believe that you have one of the older models in which absolutely no parts will interchange with the U.S M1911, including the magazine. You're probably stuck paying the higher prices, unless you find a gun show bargain. You just might get a better price from Triple K Mfg, which company specializes in the manufacture of magazines for obsolete and foreign pistols if you can purchase directly from them and avoid a dealer mark-up. 0 -
Most of the .45ACP Llamas were copies/clones of the Colt M1911A1, but I don't think any of the parts will interchange.
Here's an exploded view of a Colt:
