Anschutz 1532 Value?

I'm looking at an "as new" 1532 in .222. I thought the 15xx rifles had the 64 action but the seller assures me it's a 54 action. What do you experts say? Thanks.

  is the rifle marked"savage anschutz"?or, "anschutz savage"? anschutz also manufactured 1,000-2,000 rifles using the sako action in .222 rem. 1950-1963.
  
  need more info:
  double set triggers?
  24 in. barrel?
  folding rear sight?
  rosewood forend tip?
  pistol grip cap?
  
  the designation(model), changes in 1989 to the 1700 series.

  "Savage" doesn't appear anywhere on the rifle; just "Anschutz"
  
  Single trigger, 24" barrel, no iron sights, no rosewood cap, plastic pistol grip cap and butt cap.
  
  Serial No. 12294xx.

  Additional info: It IS a Model 54 action, as indicated by two screws which hold the barrel to the receiver. The 64 action has only one. The seller wants $800 for it. Reasonable price?
