safety chamber flags

Does anyone know where I can find ,what I am calling safety chamber flags, or plugs. They look like they are made from extruded plastic (very bright) that the small end is placed into an empty chamber and when the bolt or slide is closed, you can see at a glance, that the weapon is safe or unloaded? If any one has seen or knows where I can purchase some of these, I would be very greatful. The best one I have seen came from Colt Manf with a .22 cal conversion unit for a AR15. I called Colt and of course the guy on the helpless desk had no idea where they had them made. Any ideas?

  I got several from matches I've shot, but I think they're made by SafTflag or some variation.
  I believe www.midwayusa.com has 'em, and they're called empty chamber indicators.
