Can anyone give me tha low-down on Winchester scopes? Who makes them? Quality?

  How are the new Winchester scopes? I see they are priced pretty reasonably.

  I have carried the Winchester line of spotting scopes recently and had two returned for optic problems. They are pretty much junk as far as I know.
