Remington Speedmaster Rifle w/scope
I would like to know the value of a Remington Speedmaster 22 gauge repeat rifle, Model #241. The scope is a Bushnell Triple Tested Scope Chief 4X.

Firearms are primarily valued according to condition... something you did not mention. A "like new" Model 241 could be worth as much as $350-$375, but a used and abused one will be worth less $100. So... what condition is yours in?
The Bushnell scope is worth maybe $50.

Being a 241 lover,I've looked at many
and own several.As Bert stated,condition
is everything.I've been eye-balling one at
the gun show for several months now,shorts
only,95% condition,$400(remember"several
months")I'd give $300 for this one,but the
sellers' bein' stubborn.(It's that nice)
The fact that your's has been scoped is not good
as far as value is concerned.They just weren't
meant to have a scope.IMHO

The addition of the scope must mean holes, which are "worth" about $100 each in value loss (two holes presumed). Of course, the seller will disagree, and so may some buyers, who may not be bothered by the holes and scope. In my opinion, a "like new" M241 is worth a lot more than $350-$375, but originality and condition are the major factors in the value of collector items.
For what it is worth, the Remington M241 Repeater is a .22 caliber rifle, not a 22 gauge. "Gauge" is term applied to shotguns based the number of lead balls of bore size necessary to make a pound. (The .410 bore shotgun is an exception often misidentified as .410 gauge.)0
