Can preban hi capacity magazines be shipped to an FFL holder in Massachusetts? Thanks

  Depends on type of FFL. "01" Dealers FFL, no problem. "03" C & R, FFL, he needs either a Mass. "A' or "B" Permit, depending on type of firearm.
