Can anyone tell me the twist on a .223 Mini-14?

What would be the best bullet weight for accuracy for this weapon?

What would be the bullet-weight related accuracy difference between the heaviest and lightest weight bullets in the Mini-14?

Okay... I'm still a new guy, trying to learn.

  I believe it is 1 in 10" but I'm not 100% sure

  I think you will find that the Mini-14 is a 1 in 9" twist. According to the shillen site, best for up to 70 grain. Take a look here:
