38 super moon clips

I recently bought a 6-shot 38 super revolver and need moon clips of it without paying the 22.00 per 3 Smith and Wesson wants to charge. Wasn't there some 9 mm revolvers produced ,a few years ago, that used moon clips and would this clips work for the 38 super
