How much $ would you ask for these pistols?

I would say from the experience of selling 2 guns on here and an offer on a third that I turned down that you can expect more on here than at a dealer or pawnshop, but less than what a typical dealer would ask. The Ruger for quick sale might bring $250-275, the PPK/s I would expect in the neighborhood of $350. I listed a P97 like new on here and had an offer for $250 but never had the $275 + shipping touched. You can always lower your price, but I like to start 'em somewhere close to what I really expect.

    For CletUS85:

Thanks, that will really help. I don't want to sell either one. But, we had a new baby, my wife is staying home with the kids, a huge pay cut, and my school district is experiencing financial problems and beat us out of pay raises and even cut pay for some of us. But we have to feed the kids so...

I agree 250 on the Ruger 300-350 on the Walther.

I sympathize with you. My wife works for a school district and is making less every year.

    DO YOU WANT FAST CASH?

Take a GOOD picture with factual description,
go to the local LEO office, and ask to hang it on the bulletin board.

There is always an officer looking for a backup piece,
and the Ruger would work as a personal carry piece away from the office.

That $350? If the stainless barrel is not discolored at the end, and transfer fees are minimal in your state, it might sell. A little lower, like $325, is in their budget.

And $250 for the P94? That's a sweet deal, especially with the five mags. Do you have an original grip with it? Or was the Hogue factory?

    p.s. - you have mail

I have a Ruger P-944 in stainless and got a loan at the Pawn Shop of $225.
    $265 to get it back.
You should be able to get close to $300 for stainless and 40 cal.
I always check the auction for Ruger P-series Pistols and they have been going up in price the past year. The Gun Stores are getting more Money for them also.

I don't know much about the Ruger's, but I sold a Walther just like yours on GB a few weeks ago for $355.00. I had a coupla extra's with it, a ankle holster and a plastic case. You should be able to get around $325-350 for it. Good luck, I've been where you are. Back in the 70's, when my wife, (now ex), was pregnant with my first son, I had to sell off all my guns, except for the ones my dad gave me. Was it worth it??....Hell yeah...wanna see some pics of my grand daughters !?!?!?
