First 1911 clone (Kimber), any suggestions?

I just bought my first 1911 style gun. I've always wanted a Kimber, always wanted a 1911 style gun, and in my favorite chambering - 10mm. I got it all in one gun. Supposedly this is a very limited run, although exact numbers vary depending on who I ask. It isn't listed on their website either.
Anyway, what I got was a Stainless Target II.

Do you guys have any suggestions, precautions, or any advice in general about this gun? Also, do you guys know if a standard 10mm magazine out of another model such as the Colt Delta Elite would work in the Kimber? Is there any books or reference manuals you'd suggest for me to learn the in's and out's of the 1911's?

All I can say at this point since I haven't shot it yet is "friggin' sa'weet!" [:D]

  Not sure about he magazines bambi. Field strip it a few times and get comfortable with how it comes apart. In the manual it explains that there are two ways to strip a Kimber. Its actually a lot of fun. When I got mine I couldn't set it down. [:D]

  If the Kimber can handle 1911 mags then you can use .45 mags to hold 10mm. I can use them in my Delta Elites with no problem and have done so for years. So if you can't find 10mm mags .45 will work.
