Millett Sight Screws

I have a Colt Commander 45 with rear adjustable sight, by Millett. For what ever reason, the elevation screw broke, and I can not find one any where. I have written to Millett, but I don't think they are interested in talking to anyone that just wants to buy a screw.
Anyone familiar with these sights, knows the screws are specially made, with serrations to aid in staying tight while adjusting.
Does anyone have any idea where I might buy one of these screws?

  I broke a windage screw once on a Millet base and e-mailed them a picture. They sent me 3 replacement screws within a week at no charge. I am in Canada.
  That's what I call customer service!
