Devel Conversion Value??

I have a friend who has a Devel Coversion that was done a Smith
model 39-2, with 2 magazines, Alessi holster and paperwork that came with the conversion.. I have not seen the setup but everthing thing this guy owns is better than when he bought it, based on that I am looking for a $ value on the pistol as I can't find anything in any book I have or have not seen any in the auction sites. Any and all input would sure be appreciated..
