Mossberg 500CG C-lect

I have a Mossberg 500CG with the C-lect Choke system (20 gauge). I have a couple questions: A) Appx. when was the gun made, and What's the value? It is in great condition with 2 minor surface scratches on stock. Any help is Appreciated!
