Gamba O/U
I have a 20 gauge O/U, stamped "G. Gamba". It also says "Gardone, Boehler, Canne Internam Chromate". I think G. Gamba was a predecessor to the current Gamba Company of Gardone Italy. Anyone know what the rest of this means,or anything about the gun and what it may be worth??

gambas are nice guns. they were imported from italy as early as the late 70's. they didnt take off very well due to bad promo but none the less, they were nice guns. they built a reputation as fine shooters. you have whats termed a sleeper. meaning not many people find them collectible, but they still hold good value. it sounds like you have a second generation gun. one family member took over the business from another as years past. theyre all from italy and the same company with the only diference being gamba has expanded by buying many other gun companies up and has presently hit the u.s. market flying. hope i helped.
