Price check Erfurt 1895/Colt Police Positive
I'm wondering what these two revolvers are worth and if anyone know's where to get 10.3mm ammo for the Erfurt?
Thanks for your time drawn.

Nice pictures of your Reichsrevolver! Couldn't find a current supplier, of the correct ammo (10.6mm German Ordinance Revolver) with a cursory search.
The big bucks for your revolver would be in Europe, if you could contact a U S based dealer who sold over there, and knew the ins and outs of LEGALLY shiping it, he would be able to get the high dollar.
As a WAG, I would say the fair market value on this side of the pond would be between $400 & $600.0 -
You need to talk to Mark Christian...! He's a member of the forums and this is his Forte'...just watch the Fouums and he'll pop up and You can send him and email........

The old Model '83 is a hoot! I have three '83's and three '79's and enjoy taking them out to blast a cylinder every once in awhile.

I chrono'ed his loads and they average about 656 fps. A little milder than factory, but I know I'm not going to blow anything up. I keep bugging Dangerous Dave because he has so many different calibres (in really cool boxes) that I use, but so far they are not producing it.
Rufe got the value about right, but I would never sell mine that cheap! Too much history and fun!
Is there a point here to be made? If not, shut up.0 -
Thanks for the reply's so far I hope to hear from Mark as well, He may even be able to view them live.
