Did some of the last Ruger M77 MkII's come with the new LC6 trigger that they are putting in the "Hawkeyes"? I recently purchased a M77 MKII and the trigger on it is much better then any of the Ruger's I have owned or fired in the past. Thanks,

    Jon

Have you tried negotiating with them on lowering the price? Make them a "take it or leave it offer"! If they really want to get rid of it and make money they'll take your offer.

The retail price on a new one should be between $430.00 and $475.00, depending on whether it is stainless or blued.

I personally as a consumer would buy it for no more than $250.00!

    Oh yeah, welcome aboard![8D]

The price to pay, is what you feel is fair. I would look elsewhere, if I didn't like the prices. A better deal may be had with patience and time to find it.

I'd pay an extra 40 bucks for 1 without scratches anytime. I'd think 250 would be as high as i'd go on it.

I'm curious why you're even looking at a gun in a pawn shop. Aren't there any decent gun shops in/around Tallahassee?

My experience with pawn shops, btw, has been they're always trying to get you to pay waaaaaay too much for something that ain't worth it.

Comment: wouldn't a P89 be a tad bulky for CC? Why not something a little slimmer/shorter?

DOES IT INCLUDE ANY EXTRA'S SUCH AS HOLSTER, MAGS, CASE, OR AMMO.
IF NOT IT'S A LITTLE STEEP, BUT BEING IN STATED COND. ,PERHAPS IT
COMES WITH HI-CAP MAGS [ 15 SH. ] THIS WILL ADD VALUE IF IT INTEREST YOU . IF NOT I'M SURE YOU WILL BE ABLE TO FIND ONE NIB FOR ABOUT 360- 375 MAX AND 40.00 REBATE IS GOOD THRU END OF THIS MONTH I BELIEVE.

    GOOD LUCK,

    THINMAN

Well thank you all for the help on the question.

Over these past couple days I have come to the conclusion I am just going to have to go down south fl or something. Seems everything here is a bit pricey still getting use to the area too though.

    To answer a few questions,

NO-STICK: The pawn shops here are no different than the gun shops infact they seem a bit cheaper since the gun shop wanted $300 for a jennings. And I could buy one of them new bersa .380 for $275 at the pawn shop, yes I know more than it's worth.

THINMAN: It's just the firearm it's self, no extras, as far as I know hi caps are illegal here in FL, not 100% sure though.

gunner8479: Yeah sure did, even referred awhile back to a time I tryed to sell a glock 17 to them, used but hardly, looked like it was brand new. They wanted to give me $200 while their used glocks set in the cabinet for $595.00. I sold it to my boss for $325 instead. But anyway just goes to show if we don't stay on our toes some people are going to get us with shady deals.

But anyway thank you all for the help I think I am going to get a ways away from here and buy one. All your time in reading my post and responding is greatly appreciated.

I think I'll check out michigan laws and see if I can buy one if since I am from another state because I am origionally from Mi and going up there in a couple weeks and I know they are much more reasonable in the area I am from.

There are some good gun shows in Valdosta and Tifton. Try www.Eastmangunshows.com.
