model 1894 38-55 with a 32' barrel

caint seem to find out much info on this gun . No recent auctions or sales . Does anybody know anything about this riffle

  It would help if you provided a "bit" more detail about it, but if the barrel is factory original, it is a very unusual factory "special" order. Winchester would & did provide longer than standard length barrels for the Model 1894, but they stopped that practice in about 1908/09.
  
  Standard length for the early Rifles was 26", but extra long barrels could be ordered all the way up to 36". The most commonly encountered extra length is 30", but even that is quite rare in the Model 1894. Yours with a 32" barrel should have two magazine retaining bands vs. just one. The serial number on your Rifle should be <450,000 (or somewhere real close). If it is under 359,000, you should consider contacting the Cody Firearms Museum, and obtaining a factory letter for it (it will authenticate the barrel length, and potentially add $$$ to the value). Cost of the letter is 55$.
