Solingen is city in Germany famous for making cutlery. Gebr is abbreviation for 'brothers' Weyersberg apparently family name of maker. Beyond that a lot more info will be needed to ID your bayonet, best a good picture of the bayonet and close up of the marks. Hope this helps.

Gonna need a better discription then the one tendered...
Weyersberg or Wyersburg Kirchbaum and Cie made bayonets from the 1860's to and up thru the 1940's...They made bayonets for many Different Guns...German, Swedish, even the English Enfield...The Argentines and Mexico and the list Goes on....If You can give a Complete and Total Discription, I might be able to be of some small help..Bare in mind that I/We can only see thru your eyes....No matter how immaterial it seems to you...It might be the Answer that will tell you its History....A Photo would be of immence also...I/We await your pleasure.......

If you can take pictures and post them somewhere that would be helpful. If not do a google search on "WEYERSBERG bayonet". You'll find lots for sale with pictures as well as sites devoted to bayonets.

    Good luck,

    Steve
