Hi, would like to find out what my gun is worth. It has no serial no. it has a copper plate on stock with a man on a horse and 1870-1970 on it. Also need part for it, a carrier is what the shop says it needs. It doest't feed the shells right, it jams. It is a mod. 1894-micro-groove barrel cal 44 rem mag. There is no seriel no. on it.[8)]

  THE SER. # SHOULD BE ON THE TOP TANG JUST IN BACK OF THE HAMMER, IF THERE IS A TANG SIGHT ON THE RIFLE YOU WILL HAVE TO REMOVE IT TO SEE THE #. IF INDEED THERE IS NO NUMBER LIKE SAXONPIG SAID IT IS ILLEGAL TO OWN
