brightsights?

Hi, I picked up a Ruger 22/45 Model KP4 recently and it must be my
age but for the first time I have trouble seeing the black sights on
a target when paper punching. A friend mentioned BrightSights,
just wondering if this is any good or would white-out or regular
model paint be as good?
