Info on Chr. Hoffacker Munchen

I am looking for info on this SXS I recently acquired. Looking for date of manufacture, worth, basically who, what, when, where. Any info will be appreciated.
Here is the info on my SXS: It has Doll's head on end of rib, top lever box lock with top indicators that look to be brass. Fully boarder engraving, around 75% engraving on frame w/ raised fences engraved also. Every screw in it is engraved. Metal butt plate. Now for the info you requested:

Looks like 91 and backwards C

Sling swivel on barrel and stock
Nice stock of light and dark contrast (French Walnut?) Checkering of about 24LPI. Small cheek piece w/ shadow line style. Checkered sideplates (in the wood). Latch on forearm w/ horn tip.
Okay if you fine folks need any other info, you will have to instruct me where to look as I think this is every mark visible (GRIN).

Well I must admit I know diddly about the gun itself but I can help with a little bit. Munchen is German for Munich, Flussstahl is literally River Steel which might be the factory, I would guess CHR Hoffaker is Christian or Christof or somethething similar and Hoffaker is his last name, the smith that built it. Krupp is a german armaments family going way back, essen means literally to eat so I'm interested as to what this turns up...

First, let me explain that I'm no expert on German guns. Almost no one is due to two world wars, the ensuing loss of records, splitting of Germany into East and West, and the fact that Tutonic gunmaking was largely a cottage industry.
That said...
Krupp = Higherst grade of steel from the Krupp Works.
Essen = Krupp's location.
Flusstahl = Fluid Steel
Munchen = Munich
Hoffacker = Either the maker or the retailer.
The rest - Maker proofs / Smokeless proof / choke(s) / etc.
In my opinion a nice gun, but you'll be disappointed with value since German guns aren't generally favored here in the states. Value will be determined in the eyes of the beholder and your nod of acceptance.
I run a home for wayword kraut guns. I'll even pay the shipping and your gun can stay with me for as long as it wants.[:D]
