Can you tell me the date made , and how much it's worth ? The serial # 634XXX . I,d say that the gun is 85 to 90% . Thanks .

My book doesn't list serial #'s that high. I'd say sometime in the early 50's. As far as value, not enough info to go on. Has it been altered (scope tap holes, reblued, stock work, original finish, checkering, fancy or plain, bbl length, sights, etc.)

I would check that serial No. again. Kdub asked the realistic

Rechecked serial # that one is right .
Everything is original . No alterations .
The stock has fine checkering on the grip , and the forend has the same . Never refinished . Don't know what fancy or plain means . The barrel lenght is 24" . The sights are a buckhorn rear with no windage addjustment , and a blade type front that ends with a copper or brass colored tip . The lever is case hardend with the safty engaging the lever .

I'LL ASSUME THIS IS A SAV. 99 IN .250/3000 SERIAL THAT HI WAS IN THE LATE 50'S EARLY 60'S STANDARD EG MOD. SHOULD BRING ABOUT $500 +- AROUND HERE DEPENDING ON COND. 0 -
