Looking for good site for old six-shooter info ...
I'm into semi-autos now, but would like to study up on old Colts and S&W's and what ever else is out there.
I want to know what I am looking at when my neighbor shows me an old .45 revolver; whether to offer $300 or tell him it might be worth $3000.

get a copy of flaydermans antique gun book. he spent his life researching old guns and it will serve you in a pinch! i spend days just reading it! its huge! maybe someone can give you a perfect (sp) of his name and book title, but just mention what i wrote, and someone will recognize it when you mention it! 0
