lefever sxs information

where would I go to find information on a lefever double barrel shotgun i have. the blue book only tells the different grades, not how to find which one you have. I would like to get a value and know if its blackpowder or can i shoot current low loads in it. it has patent dates under the trigger guard of back in the 1880s. thank you
