You got a classic there!!!!If its a true Mashburn conversion, it doesn't get any better. The only issue is finding someone who appreciates the value. Hopefully the Capt. can give some input as to the current interest-Bob

I have a High-Wall action rifle that has been re-barreled by Mashburn Arms for .219 Zipper. The only markings on the gun are on the barrel and are M ZIPPER on the left side and Mashburn Arms on the right side. The rifle is topped by a 20X Lyman Super Targetspot scope. Can anyone give me an idea on the value of this rifle? Thank you for your help.

To me, judging the value of this rifle will need to be on more than one level.

First, how well does it perform?
Next, how nice does it look, condition, quality of the stock, general overall look.

Ask yourself, do you often see anything reasonable at gun shows that is comparable? Without knowing how well it shoots, the condition of the bore and chamber, quality of the stock, general condition, I can only make an off-hand guess. I would think somewhere between $350-600, maybe even more with a fancy butt plate.
Now someone else can give their opinion.

Also, I think this type of rifle would vary the price depending on location. And if possible who did the selling.

skeetmandb....I believe you will be able to get around $400-500 for the scope alone. Assuming that you have a good shooting bore, the rifle will probably bring anywhere from $800 to $1200 in a decent auction. My guess would be a low of $1200 to a high of $1700. It's a good conversion for a shooter and it's a Hiwall....good combo.
