Winchester Model 53

I have recently acquired Winchester Model 53 in 25-20. S/N is 25xx. Could someone tell me when it was manufactured and dates of manufacture for this model. Thanks much.

  According to the blue book, 24,916 were manufactured between 1924 and 1932. They are serial numbered both separately and withing the Model 92 range as there were nine years of clean-ups sold after production ended. Looks like yours was built in 1925.
