Reloading question for .416 Rigby

I have been reloading for 40 years and never had this problem before. The loading data for 350 gr. bullets for the .416 Rigby is scarce. Would it be safe to use 400 gr. powder data and just substitute for 350 gr.? The manuals say to fill the case to at least 90% capacity so I really don't want to use reduced loads.
Theoretically this would be OK: common sense tells me maybe not. Thanks for any advise or published loading data.

  DEPENDS ON THE POWDER YOU ARE USING, SLOWER POWDERS NO(IMR7828, 4350, ECT.) MEDIUM TO FASTER POWDERS OK (4198, 3031, ECT.). THEN USE THIS AS A STARTING LOAD.

  I have been using H4831SC. Have good results with 400 grain bullets. Load I am using is 104 grs. of powder. I have plenty of H4831SC so I would prefer to use that.
