Depends on you, I use medium on my A-bolt Stainless stalker. It allows me to keep my head up a bit when sighting. I have a long neck so the fit is better. Lows will work but if you go to a 50mm objective then you will need highs.

Hello
Thanks for the info juju I will go with the medium I dont like to bend my head down to see threw the scope.0 -
For the 40mm I'd also go with the Med.
Won't have to "Crane" your neck and just look better on the gun
than do high mounts.
I also always felt the lower the mount, the less "leverage" effect
to change point of impact from even a slight "bump".0 -
TRY A LOCALE DEALER. HE WILL GLADLY LET YOU SHOULDER SOMETHING SET UP WITH SAME SIZE SCOPE AND MOUNTS.THIS WILL ALLOW YOU TO SEE WHAT YOU WILL BE MOST COMFORTABLE WITH.THEY WILL PROBLABLY OFFER MOUNTING & BORE SIGHTING IF NEEDED.
