Need BATF information on muzzle loading cannons.
I am looking for legal information on building a Black Powder muzzle loading cannon.A link to a BATF or Washington State laws would be helpful.I am making the parts now to build it.I just don't want to do anything illegal. Thanks,

Its a Muzzle Loader...Dixie Gun Works can and will sell you everything you need to make a cannon, Barrel, Carriage and Wheels and Trunion....all the Civil War Inactors have Cannons..I have a Cannon...and No one has ever said a word about Muzzle loading Cannons to me...or anyone else I know...If you're curious enough...call Dixie Gun Works in Union City, Tennesee and ask them...They sure arn't gonna sell them to You if its Illegal to ship to you.....

i make them from time to time never once had a problem with any law regarding the building and use of...lots of Manf that make gun tubes out there..try steen cannons for the big boy barrels or dixie gun works for the samller versions...if using for civil war reenacting..make sure the size of the gun complies with the requirements of the events...standards are required at alot of events..ie wheel size etc....have fun!
