need help to find out history of .22 cal bolt
I have a .22 Fluss and Stahl Mod. V 625 A long rifle, I cannot find out anything else the help would be greatly appreciated. Maybe even value of this gun. I inherited this gun and am new to this .. Thks BObby , maybe a website to check out this gun... or a book any reference would be great..I found the words Krupp-Essen. on the gun thks. for advice ..

Do "google" search for Fluss & Stahl, then check for English Text and there is quite a bit of material regarding their firearms; German. Never heard of them before your post. 0 -
Don't know about the rifle's maker but "fluss stahl" translates to "fluid steel", which moniker was used by Krupp at one time. If you haven't taken the gun apart do so (carefully) and see if you can find some other identifying marks.

Looked in every book I have(not that I have them all)
and came up with zero.Essen-Krupp( on the net as "ThyssenKrupp)
has it's roots in the steel business,founded 1811,in
Germany.Lots of info but haven't found anything in regards
to firearms in their history(yet).
