Wanted : .410 Newport (Model WN) Forearm

I am searching for a forearm that will fit a Newport brand, model WN, .410 single barrel, single shot gun. I believe this manufacture could be associated with the H&D Folsom Arms company?? It appears to be a recent production since it has dual chamber markings including a METRIC length. While it is very simular to Stevens styling of a like model, it is shorter in length from the forearm/barrel lock to the frame, thus a Stevens unit will not fit. Would appreciate any available help .... thanks!
