Which Rem 03-A3 Stock?

I need some info! I recently found a nice 03-A3 with a 4,196,XXX sn which I think is 1942. It has been sporterized and I'd like to find the correct stock and handguard. What cartouches should I look for and where is the best place to find a set? Thanks, Bill
